I love everything that is not 'well known' sort to speak, and I truly get curious that I want to know everything there is about some peculiarity. I often lose track of time when I dive deep in a certain subject. No page - digital or paper - will be left unturned when it comes to doing research.

My curiosity somehow never seems to have an ending. That said, you can expect as much detail in my articles as my point of view on the wines of certain regions. I'll try to incorporate views on how interesting these wines might be for the (Dutch) wine consumer, what trends the region and its wine hop onto or put their hooks in. Like in my article on Barbera. Or why the wines of Jumilla are so worth trying out.

Maybe you've already read my writings about Georgia and Blushing Pale Beauties and Deep Pink Perfection, well there isn’t a subject that I don't want to write about. It is more that I have to stop losing track of time along the way. So, maybe you'll - on occasion - find some controversy in my words, my strong opinion on certain topics and 'movements'...

Most of all, you'll read my shared passion over wines, different grape varieties and incredibly interesting wine regions. Most of the entrees you will read, you can use as an additional source for your WSET wine studies (trust me I have fact checked everything). *wink*
